• Data obtained when you contact us and we handle your queries and/or requests: when you contact us through the means provided on the Website, we collect any data you voluntarily provide through our chat service and/or email, including your full name, email address, and mobile phone number. Should you provide personal data through the aforementioned means of contact, it will be processed in accordance with this privacy policy.
• Data obtained when you contact us by phone: when you contact us by phone, we collect any personal data you voluntarily provide so that we can assist you properly and give you the information you request. Please note that at StockAgile we do not record calls.

Your Personal Data may be shared with third parties, namely:

Personal Data obtained through a demo request, through the query chat, or through the phone number provided will be kept until the service is performed or for the time needed to resolve your query. Should we receive your CV, your data may be kept for a maximum of one year for future selection processes.

We may retain some personal data to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, as well as to exercise our rights (for example, to assert our claims before the Courts) or for statistical or historical purposes.

When we no longer need to use your personal data, it will be deleted from our systems and records or anonymized so that we can no longer identify you.
